About the event
Practicing Yoga Nidra allows you to experience a deep restful state leaving you feeling relaxed, present and rejuvenated. It is a guided meditation where you lay down, let go and reconnect to your inner self where a deep and abiding peace resides.
You will need a quite place, an eye pillow, a blanket or light covering, a pillow for your head and if it feels appropriate, a pillow for under your knees.
