Ayurveda, Yoga, & Your Well Being 

Ayurveda helps us to understand how what we think, feel, eat, buy, and expose ourselves to affects our bodies, minds, spirits, and relationships. - Claudia Welsh

Ayurveda is an elemental science that teaches us how to get to know who we are and what makes us do the things we do through understanding our Nature. 

Natures' elements are Space, Air, Fire, Water and Earth. If we have to much Air & Space we may experience anxiety, to much Fire can create stress & anger, an abundance of Earth can create depression or sadness.

Once we begin to understand these concepts we start to align with who we are and how we can re-balance or heal our self. These are the teachings from this ancient Indian wisdom tradition known as Ayurveda which is the sister science to Yoga.   

Ayurveda translates to 'life knowledge' or 'life science'. Once we become aware we can change our approach from self judgment to self understanding and begin to improve our lives.

Well being is your ability to adjust and remain flexible during all circumstances of your life. Each of us will experience the duality of life: health and disease, good times and challenging times. Ayurveda and yoga help us to remain flexible in our body, mind, and spirit to welcome whatever arises as we ride the waves of our  life.
